  • • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to consistently hit and exceed quarterly sales quotas in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • • Directly contribute to pipeline growth by executing outbound sales strategies and closing enterprise-level deals valued at $100K+.
  • • Coach and improve team performance using Gong.io to analyze calls, identify best practices, and implement actionable feedback.
  • • Manage and forecast sales pipeline accurately using Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and leadership expectations.
  • • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging, positioning, and outreach campaigns based on market feedback.
  • • Support Account Executives during complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations to secure enterprise contracts and drive customer retention.
  • • Drive team expansion by identifying, hiring, onboarding, and developing top-tier sales talent to scale the revenue engine.
  • • Maintain a hands-on role in sales execution while providing strategic leadership, balancing individual contribution with team management responsibilities.
  • • Operate within Eastern Time hours to align with U.S.-based teams, clients, and internal stakeholders despite being based in Cape Town, South Africa.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales processes integrate seamlessly with marketing automation and product roadmap priorities.
  • • Continuously optimize sales workflows and tools to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve win rates in a fast-paced startup setting.
  • • Represent the company in client interactions with a consultative, value-driven approach that builds trust and long-term partnerships.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving market conditions, competitive dynamics, and product updates to maintain a competitive edge in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, data integrity standards, and CRM hygiene requirements across Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • • Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, objection handling frameworks, and onboarding materials to standardize team performance.
  • • Track and report on key metrics including conversion rates, average deal size, pipeline velocity, and team utilization to inform strategic decisions.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of the target buyer personas—marketing, data, and analytics leaders—to tailor outreach and value propositions effectively.
  • • Demonstrate resilience, initiative, and ownership in a remote-first environment with minimal supervision and high accountability.
