- • As the Sales Manager, SMB at Scribe, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on closing high-volume new business from product-led inbound demand, directly impacting pipeline conversion, sales velocity, and scalable process development for Scribe’s rapidly growing SMB customer base.
- • You will manage and develop a high-performing team of SMB Account Executives selling to businesses with under 1,000 employees, driving pipeline conversion, building repeatable PLG-assisted sales playbooks, coaching reps on discovery and demo efficiency, and ensuring forecast accuracy in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- • Scribe is a high-growth, San Francisco-based company valued at over $1B, trusted by 94% of the Fortune 500, with over 5 million users and 600,000 businesses using its Workflow AI platform to document and scale workflows.
- • In this role, you will grow early-career sellers into high performers, partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, RevOps, Product, and Enablement to optimize lead flow and conversion, and build scalable sales systems that support Scribe’s product-led growth motion.
