- • As the Sales Manager for France at Neara Inc., you will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across France and broader Francophone markets, including Northern Africa, Belgium, and Switzerland, by driving adoption of advanced 3D digital twin technology for electricity grids.
- • You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing long-term enterprise agreements, and manage complex, consultative sales processes lasting 6–18 months involving technical pilots, Proof of Concepts, and multiple stakeholders.
- • You will collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams at Neara’s London HQ to localize value propositions for French utilities and build relationships with TSOs, DSOs, EPCs, and consulting firms that support critical infrastructure.
- • You will have the opportunity to build and lead the regional market from the ground up, contributing to a mission-driven company that uses AI and physics-based simulation to enhance grid resilience against extreme weather and climate-related risks.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in selling complex enterprise software directly to utility companies or related industries, in roles such as Sales Manager, Account Executive, or Client Executive.
- • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English are required; additional languages are a plus.
- • Experience in the Digital Twin ecosystem or related high-stakes software sectors such as Geospatial (GIS), Infrastructure Management, CAD, Physics-based Simulation, or Utility/Grid software is a strong advantage.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles (6+ months), maintain momentum during pilot phases, and guide prospects from interest to commitment.
- • Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously while effectively leveraging global support teams from the London HQ to scale regional impact.
