- ⢠Own the conversion rates, revenue, and attach rates of a high-volume inbound sales team, ensuring quality standards are never compromised.
- ⢠Run daily huddles, set the daily plan, and manage the lead queue to enforce strict âspeed-to-leadâ standards.
- ⢠Coach agents live on the floorâreview calls, conduct skills clinics, and demonstrate best practices by jumping on live calls to show how to convert âjust browsingâ leads into closed deals.
- ⢠Develop and elevate Team Leaders by coaching them to become effective coaches themselves, ensuring team standards persist even in your absence.
- ⢠Monitor live dashboards to identify real-time bottlenecks in speed-to-answer, talk time, or drop-off points, and pivot team focus immediately to correct performance issues.
- ⢠Maintain brand integrity by ensuring only the right jobs are bookedânot just any jobâby teaching agents to sell value, not price.
- ⢠Lead with a âplayer-coachâ mentality: consistently outsell your top agents and prove techniques firsthand rather than relying on theory or delegation.
- ⢠Implement a repeatable system for call reviews, roleplays, and feedback sessions that build lasting capability, not just temporary fixes.
- ⢠Foster a âhigh care / high challengeâ culture: build deep trust with your team while holding them accountable with candid, early, and frequent feedback.
- ⢠Operate with full ownershipâdo not wait for direction; identify problems in the queue or revenue trends and fix them autonomously.
- ⢠Understand the psychology of B2C inbound leads, including urgency, emotional triggers, and the ânow or neverâ window, and train agents to become value builders, not order takers.
- ⢠Maintain a floor-first approach: management happens on the sales floor, not in meetings; you are present, engaged, and actively shaping daily performance.
- ⢠Drive team performance through data literacy: interpret live metrics without needing a data analyst and translate insights into actionable team adjustments.
- ⢠Lead a multi-layered team structure, managing both frontline agents and team leaders, ensuring consistent coaching standards across all levels.
- ⢠Uphold a culture of candor and accountability: avoid ânice managerâ behaviors; address underperformance directly and support improvement with clarity and urgency.
- ⢠Set the tempo for the entire team with energy, pace, and ownership, creating a high-performance environment that thrives in ambiguity and rapid change.
