📋 Description

• Build scalable, efficient, and easy-to-consume front-end dashboards using Sigma Computing to drive informed decision-making across Sales and Sales Operations teams.
• Support and maintain core dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility as business needs evolve.
• Document dashboard logic, data sources, and maintenance procedures to enable self-service, troubleshooting, and long-term sustainability.
• Balance ad hoc data requests from Sales and SalesOps teams with the development of strategic, long-term analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure dashboards are built on robust, scalable, and future-proof data architectures.
• Develop deep working knowledge of key Sales KPIs and become the go-to resource for interpreting sales performance metrics.
• Partner with SalesOps leaders to identify gaps in insights and propose data-driven solutions that enhance sales productivity and process optimization.
• Work cross-functionally with product and systems teams to improve data quality, availability, and alignment across platforms.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover trends, surface anomalies, and support strategic discussions with leadership.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Maintain a proactive, problem-solving mindset to anticipate data needs and deliver solutions before requests are formally escalated.
• Stay current with evolving BI tool capabilities and industry best practices to continuously improve dashboard functionality and user experience.
• Ensure all reporting outputs adhere to enterprise data governance standards and maintain auditability across all visualizations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of data analysis experience, or a recently completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or similar)
• Some exposure to BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI — whether through work, internships, or coursework
• Working knowledge of SQL; willingness to develop stronger data modeling skills on the job
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
