  • • Join Fullsteam Operations, LLC, a dynamic and growing company at the forefront of vertical software and embedded payments technology. We are dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized businesses across diverse industries by providing them with seamless experiences and best-in-class solutions. Our mission is to help our customers grow their businesses and delight their own customers, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Operations Analyst to be a key player in achieving this goal.
  • • As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across our sales organization. This is a hands-on role where you will operate at the critical intersection of process, systems, enablement, and execution, ensuring clean data, efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and smooth transitions between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Payments teams.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to own and manage the day-to-day sales operational workflows, ensuring consistency and efficiency from the initial lead generation all the way through to deal closure. This involves meticulous maintenance of CRM hygiene and data integrity across our core systems, including Salesforce, Zoho, and other related tools, ensuring that our sales data is reliable and actionable.
  • • You will actively support the entire deal lifecycle, from creation and updates to approvals and final closure. This includes managing order operations, coordinating hardware orders, and ensuring seamless billing processes. A significant part of your role will involve partnering closely with Sales leadership to manage the sales pipeline, conduct deal inspections, and generate insightful reports that track key performance indicators.
  • • You will be responsible for building and maintaining essential dashboards and reports, covering critical areas such as pipeline health, bookings performance, sales attainment, and revenue pacing. Ensuring the accurate tracking of quota attainment, bookings, and revenue attribution will be a core function, providing leadership with the data needed for strategic decision-making.
  • • In addition to your primary sales operations duties, you will provide crucial support for select Revenue Operations initiatives. This includes supporting the sales forecasting cadence and actively working to improve the accuracy of our reporting at monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals. You will help align stage definitions, key metrics, and lifecycle reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a unified view of the customer journey.
  • • You will also assist in optimizing lead flow, routing, and handoffs, identifying operational gaps, and recommending process and system improvements to support our company's growth and scalability. Collaboration with Rev Ops and Finance teams on revenue reporting and reconciliation will be another important aspect of your role.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in sales enablement by owning and maintaining comprehensive sales process documentation. This includes creating and updating playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal sales guides, ensuring that all documentation remains current as our tools, processes, and policies evolve.
  • • You will support the operational aspects of new hire onboarding, focusing on tool usage, process adherence, and CRM best practices. Partnering with Sales leadership, you will support training rollouts related to process or system changes and act as a go-to resource for sales representatives, guiding them on how to effectively execute within our defined processes.
  • • This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, serving as a connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Payments, and Enablement teams. You will ensure clear handoffs post-sale, maintaining visibility for onboarding and account management teams, and translating leadership priorities into scalable processes, documentation, and reporting that drive business success.
