  • • As a Sales Specialist - Account Growth, you will be instrumental in empowering our venue partners to fully leverage the extensive marketing and distribution capabilities offered by the Fresha marketplace.
  • • This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding global company with a significant presence in the beauty and wellness industry, working from our Dubai office.
  • • You will report directly to the Regional Manager GCC, collaborating closely with a dynamic commercial team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • • Your primary focus will be on nurturing and expanding existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Fresha's comprehensive suite of business management and financial technology solutions.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor to our venue partners, providing strategic guidance on how to best utilize Fresha's features to enhance their online visibility, attract new customers, and optimize their operational efficiency.

  • • Key responsibilities include conducting regular performance reviews with partners, analyzing their booking data and marketplace engagement, and presenting actionable insights and recommendations.
  • • You will proactively identify and pursue opportunities to deepen partner engagement, encouraging the adoption of advanced features such as marketing automation, loyalty programs, and inventory management.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve educating partners on new product developments and industry best practices, ensuring they remain at the forefront of digital transformation in the beauty and wellness sector.
  • • You will be expected to build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders within partner businesses, from salon owners and managers to individual practitioners.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role within the SaaS or technology sector, preferably with a focus on B2B sales.
  • • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing a portfolio of clients, and achieving sales targets.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and sales enablement tools.
  • • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
