- • In response to the strategic acquisition of Securiti AI, a recognized leader in AI-powered Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), Veeam is actively seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialists to spearhead the growth of this transformative business unit. This pivotal role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive revenue and market penetration for cutting-edge AI security solutions.
- • As a Sales Specialist focused exclusively on Securiti AI solutions, you will operate in close synergy with Veeam's dedicated Account Executives. Your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within Veeam's extensive existing customer base, while also aggressively pursuing new business acquisition and expanding the footprint within current Securiti AI accounts. You will be assigned a shared territory, providing a collaborative environment with multiple Account Executives, which translates into significant earning potential.
- • To ensure your success, you will be supported by a specialized Securiti AI Solution Engineer who will provide expert technical assistance during customer engagements. Furthermore, you will leverage Veeam's robust and well-established go-to-market resources, designed to facilitate customer success and streamline sales processes. - • Your core responsibilities will involve developing and meticulously executing a strategic territory plan aimed at generating consistent and repeatable revenue streams within your assigned accounts. - • A key aspect of this role is fostering strong collaborative relationships with Account Executives. You will work hand-in-hand to uncover and maximize cross-sell opportunities, ensuring that Veeam's comprehensive data resilience portfolio is presented effectively to clients.
- • You will be empowered to lead the entire sales process, from initial engagement to closing the deal. This involves acting as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, understanding their complex data security challenges, and presenting compelling, data-driven business cases that clearly articulate the ROI and benefits of Securiti AI.
- • Effective pipeline management is crucial. You will be responsible for managing a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities, ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts and maintaining rigorous discipline within our CRM system. - • Expanding relationships with key channel partners and resellers is another critical component of this role. By nurturing these strategic alliances, you will accelerate deal flow, broaden our market reach, and enhance our overall sales ecosystem.
- • This role demands a deep understanding of the enterprise software sales landscape, with a particular emphasis on data security, data management, and broader cybersecurity domains. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner will be essential.
- • You will be expected to demonstrate a consistent track record of success in closing complex enterprise software deals, ideally with 10-15+ years of dedicated experience in security software sales. This extensive experience will enable you to navigate challenging sales cycles and build credibility with senior-level decision-makers.
- • A proven ability to manage multithreaded sales cycles, involving multiple stakeholders across different departments within an organization, is paramount. Your expertise in stakeholder management will be key to navigating complex buying committees and securing buy-in.
