- • In response to the strategic acquisition of Securiti AI, a recognized leader in AI-powered Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), Veeam is actively seeking accomplished and driven Sales Specialists. This pivotal role is designed to spearhead the growth of our innovative Securiti AI solutions, integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into our already robust data resilience portfolio. You will be instrumental in driving adoption and expanding market share for these advanced offerings.
- • Your primary focus will be on the Securiti AI solutions, working in close synergy with Veeam's established Account Executives. This collaborative approach is designed to maximize cross-selling opportunities within our extensive existing customer base, secure new logos, and deepen our engagement within current Securiti AI accounts. You will operate within shared territories, benefiting from the support of multiple Account Executives, which translates into significant earning potential and a dynamic sales environment.
- • To ensure your success in technical engagements, you will be supported by a dedicated Securiti AI Solution Engineer, providing expert technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle. Furthermore, you will leverage Veeam’s comprehensive go-to-market resources, including marketing collateral, lead generation programs, and sales enablement tools, all meticulously designed to facilitate customer success and accelerate your sales efforts.
- • As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic territory plan aimed at generating predictable and repeatable revenue streams within your assigned accounts. This involves a deep understanding of customer needs and aligning Securiti AI solutions to address their most pressing data security and management challenges.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to proactively collaborate with Account Executives, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to introduce and cross-sell Securiti AI solutions. This requires a consultative approach, understanding the broader data resilience needs of Veeam customers and demonstrating how Securiti AI provides unparalleled value.
- • You will lead the entire sales process for Securiti AI solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients. This involves conducting thorough discovery calls, delivering compelling presentations, articulating clear business cases, and demonstrating the unique value proposition of our AI-powered DSPM technology.
- • Effective pipeline management is crucial. You will be expected to meticulously manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities, ensuring the accuracy of your sales forecasts and maintaining rigorous discipline in CRM usage. This data-driven approach will inform your strategy and resource allocation.
- • Building and nurturing relationships with key channel partners and resellers will be essential to accelerating deal flow and expanding our market reach. You will work collaboratively with partners to co-sell Securiti AI solutions, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to effectively represent our offerings.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven success in closing complex enterprise software deals, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience specifically in security software sales.
- • Extensive experience managing multithreaded sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level executives.
- • Strong existing relationships with C-suite executives and key channel partners within large enterprise organizations.
- • Deep understanding of enterprise software sales methodologies, with a particular emphasis on data security, data management, or broader cybersecurity domains.
- • A demonstrated reputation for integrity, honesty, and a consistent ability to build and maintain long-term, trusted customer relationships.
