- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in spearheading the growth of our Securiti AI business. Your primary focus will be on leveraging Veeam's extensive customer base for cross-selling opportunities, acquiring new logos, and deepening relationships within existing Securiti AI accounts. You will operate within a shared territory model, collaborating closely with multiple Veeam Account Executives (AEs), which offers a substantial earning potential through a lucrative commission structure. To ensure your success, you will be supported by dedicated Securiti AI Solution Engineers who will handle technical deep dives and demonstrations, allowing you to concentrate on the commercial aspects of the sale. Furthermore, you will benefit from Veeam’s robust go-to-market resources, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and a strong brand reputation, all designed to facilitate customer engagement and drive success.
- • Your core responsibility will be to develop and execute a strategic territory plan aimed at generating repeatable revenue streams within your assigned accounts. This involves proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients and existing Veeam customers who can benefit from our advanced data security and AI capabilities. You will work hand-in-hand with Veeam AEs, acting as a subject matter expert on Securiti AI solutions, to uncover and maximize cross-sell opportunities, ensuring that our customers are leveraging the full spectrum of Veeam's data resilience and security offerings.
- • As the lead for the Securiti AI sales process, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and current clients. This entails understanding their unique data security challenges, articulating the value proposition of Securiti AI solutions, and presenting compelling business cases that demonstrate tangible ROI and risk mitigation. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of high-value opportunities, maintaining meticulous CRM discipline, and providing accurate sales forecasting to support business planning and resource allocation.
- • A key aspect of this role involves expanding our reach and accelerating deal flow through strategic engagement with our channel partners and resellers. You will foster strong relationships with these partners, enabling them to effectively position and sell Securiti AI solutions, thereby extending our market penetration and driving incremental revenue.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven success closing complex enterprise software deals, with 10-15+ years in security software sales.
- • Extensive experience managing multithreaded sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- • Strong existing relationships with C-suite executives and channel partners in large enterprises.
- • Deep understanding of enterprise software sales, particularly in data security, management, or cybersecurity.
- • Reputation for integrity, honesty, and building long-term customer relationships.
