- • As a Sales Specialist for the Professional Lighting segment at Signify, you will be instrumental in driving profitable growth within your assigned territory. This role is focused on executing sales strategies with a short-to-medium term outlook, directly contributing to the company's revenue and volume targets.
- • You will be responsible for achieving assigned financial objectives and implementing sales plans, ensuring that revenue, volume, and distribution goals are met consistently.
- • A core aspect of this position involves cultivating deep customer intimacy. You will establish and nurture strong relationships with key customer contacts through regular and productive sales visits, ensuring their needs and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- • You will actively manage customer offer performance, ensuring that the solutions provided meet expectations and deliver value.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and various cross-functional Signify teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Service, to guarantee product availability and facilitate smooth operational execution.
- • In the project business, your responsibilities will extend to building robust relationships with contractors, consultants, and other project partners. You will be a primary point of contact for promoting Signify's innovative lighting solutions and ensuring the timely and successful execution of projects.
- • For the distribution business, you will focus on securing strong sell-out performance from sales outlets within your territory, such as local wholesale branches. This includes actively supporting trade marketing programs, promotions, and new product launches to stimulate sell-out growth.
- • Accurate and diligent opportunity tracking within the CRM system is essential. You will maintain up-to-date records of your sales pipeline, providing clear visibility on its health and conversion progress to sales leadership.
- • Continuous learning and development are encouraged. You will actively develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Signify’s comprehensive product portfolio, cutting-edge lighting technologies, and compelling value propositions.
- • You will be expected to continuously enhance your sales, negotiation, and customer engagement skills through ongoing learning initiatives, practical on-the-job experience, and dedicated coaching, ultimately boosting your overall sales effectiveness and professionalism.
