- • As a Sales Support Assistant, your primary responsibility is to own everything that happens between the first sales meeting and a closed deal. This means you are the guardian of the sales pipeline, focusing on meticulous lead management, diligent follow-ups, seamless coordination of next steps, and the essential administrative and research tasks that keep deals progressing. While you won't be closing deals yourself, your role is indispensable in supporting the multi-touch sales journey and ensuring consistent, forward movement.
- • In Lead Management & Follow-Up, you will be responsible for executing all post-meeting follow-ups with precision and professionalism. This includes crafting clear and concise recap emails, defining and communicating next steps, and sending timely reminders to keep prospects engaged. You will proactively manage touchpoints between scheduled meetings and the final closing, employing a strategic approach to prevent leads from becoming cold. A key aspect of this role is meticulously tracking and managing leads through the entire sales pipeline, ensuring each has a clear status and defined next steps. You will also be the first point of contact for inbound interest, coordinating prioritization and initial engagement with the sales lead or founder.
- • For Sales Preparation & Research, you will dive deep into understanding our prospects and their companies. Your research will provide crucial context, talking points, and strategic insights for the sales team. This involves building targeted prospect lists, conducting in-depth research to uncover key information, and sourcing accurate contact details. You will also be responsible for preparing and adapting sales decks and supporting materials, leveraging existing templates to ensure brand consistency and efficiency. A forward-thinking aspect of this role involves utilizing AI tools to draft and refine outreach messages, follow-up sequences, and to assist with light research tasks, enhancing productivity and effectiveness.
- • In Sales Process Coordination, you will be the maestro of scheduling, ensuring sales calls, demos, and follow-up meetings are booked accurately and confirmed with all parties. Your proactive communication will be key in reducing no-shows and ensuring a smooth experience for both prospects and the sales team. You will also coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth progression of deals through the pipeline.

This ensures full pipeline visibility and provides a reliable source of truth for sales performance. You will also be tasked with preparing simple, yet insightful reports or dashboards that track deal progression, follow-up service level agreements (SLAs), and overall pipeline health, providing essential data for strategic decision-making.
- • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement are at the heart of this role. You will work in close partnership with the founder or sales lead, gaining a deep understanding of priorities and strategic accounts. You will proactively flag any stalled deals, potential risks, or bottlenecks in the sales process and propose actionable next steps to overcome them. Your insights and observations will be invaluable in contributing ideas to improve our sales processes, refine templates, and optimize follow-up sequences, fostering a culture of ongoing enhancement.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, SDR, account coordination, or similar B2B roles.

- • Strong organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously.
- • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and comfortable adapting templates in presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint).
