📋 Description
- • As a Sales Team Lead at Deliveroo, you will lead a high-performing team of 6–10 Business Developers to drive restaurant expansion in new and strategic territories, directly contributing to Deliveroo’s mission to transform how people shop and eat through impactful commercial growth.
- • Day to day, you will set and track sales targets, coach and mentor your team through weekly 1:1s, provide actionable feedback, lead field visits 3 days/week to support prospecting and unblock challenges, and ensure alignment with company goals despite geographic dispersion.
- • You will join Deliveroo’s Commercial team, now part of DoorDash, operating at the heart of a global marketplace that shapes partnerships with restaurants, grocers, and emerging verticals worldwide, where innovation and data-led strategies drive business forward.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced leadership skills in field-based team management, refine your ability to coach remote and hybrid teams, deepen your expertise in B2B sales and market expansion, and gain exposure to global commercial operations across DoorDash and Wolt ecosystems.
