• • As a foundational hire at Profound Technologies Inc., a rapidly expanding startup focused on helping companies understand and control their AI presence, you will play a pivotal role in architecting the systems that underpin our global growth.
• • This is a high-agency position where you will be the technical authority for our revenue engine, responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the Salesforce and adjacent software infrastructure that empowers our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
• • Your primary objective will be to ensure the robustness and scalability of our data architecture, enabling Profound's hyper-growth trajectory.
• • You will define critical technical standards, influence the long-term architectural vision for our Go-To-Market (GTM) stack, and deploy innovative AI-driven workflows to create significant organizational leverage.
• • A key responsibility involves serving as the technical lead for Salesforce, going beyond standard administration to build complex Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and advanced Flow architectures.
• • You will design and own the comprehensive, long-term technical roadmap for the entire GTM stack, ensuring seamless integration and scalability across Salesforce, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools, data enrichment platforms, and other adjacent systems, fostering a cohesive and efficient ecosystem.
• • This role offers a unique opportunity to experiment with and deploy cutting-edge AI-driven systems, including autonomous prospecting agents, automated deal intelligence solutions, and agentic forecasting tools, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in GTM operations.
• • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Finance, to meticulously design and maintain a GTM data model that supports sophisticated attribution, accurate forecasting, and comprehensive lifecycle reporting.
• • A crucial aspect of your role will be establishing and enforcing best-practice engineering standards for the GTM stack. This includes implementing robust processes for sandbox management, version control, data governance, and thorough documentation to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• • You will leverage your expertise in SQL and lightweight scripting to conduct in-depth analysis of system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance automation and efficiency across the GTM operations.
• • A forward-thinking approach is essential, as you will be expected to anticipate the long-term business impact of architectural decisions, planning for scalability and evolution six to twelve months in advance.
