- • In this pivotal role, you will serve as the crucial link between complex federal mission requirements and the technical execution of Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with our Federal Solution Architect, translating high-level objectives into actionable plans and ensuring that our Salesforce implementations not only meet but exceed stringent federal security and compliance standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping best-in-class outcomes for our government clients.
- • Your primary responsibilities will involve leading the meticulous elicitation of requirements from cleared federal stakeholders. This includes conducting in-depth discovery workshops, where you will expertly gather mission-critical needs and translate them into precise functional specifications and well-defined user stories. The ability to understand complex government processes and articulate them in a clear, concise manner is paramount.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4-6 years of Salesforce consulting experience, with a proven track record in large-scale Federal environments.
- • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Government Cloud Plus.
- • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem with advanced expertise in configuration, customization, and business process modeling.
- • Proven working knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.
- • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to establish credibility with Federal decision-makers.
- • Practical expertise in Agile methodology, including managing scrum calls and prioritizing backlogs for complex programs.
- • US Citizenship Required, with ability and willingness to obtain security clearance(s).
- • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Business Analyst.
