📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle for enterprise initiatives that span multiple geographies, business units, and technology stacks. You will be the single point of accountability for turning high-level strategic goals into actionable, measurable, and technically feasible requirements that engineering teams can execute against.
• Orchestrate complex stakeholder ecosystems by running discovery workshops, executive interviews, and design-thinking sessions with C-suite sponsors, product owners, operations heads, and end-users. Your ability to translate “executive vision” into crisp user stories and process flows will directly influence product roadmaps and investment decisions.
• Architect AS-IS and TO-BE process models using BPMN 2.0, value-stream mapping, and SIPOC diagrams. You will quantify pain points with hard data—cycle times, defect rates, cost per transaction—and then craft future-state solutions that cut waste, improve NPS, and unlock new revenue streams.
• Produce living, traceable requirement artifacts—BRDs, FRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, data dictionaries, and interface specs—that survive regulatory audits and scale across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. You will maintain 100 % bidirectional traceability from business objective to deployed code.
• Lead cross-functional squads through sprint planning, backlog grooming, story estimation, and UAT orchestration. You will defend scope boundaries, perform change-impact analysis, and negotiate trade-offs so that every release delivers maximum business value with minimal technical debt.
• Drive data-driven insights by mining SQL data warehouses, BI dashboards, and process-mining tools. You will define KPIs, OKRs, and predictive analytics that allow leadership to see ROI in real time and pivot quickly when market conditions shift.
• Champion continuous process improvement by institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen events, and automation opportunities. You will quantify savings, socialize wins, and embed a culture of experimentation that compounds year over year.
• Mentor and up-skill a distributed team of junior BAs through code reviews of requirement specs, lunch-and-learn sessions, and one-on-one coaching. You will establish governance frameworks, reusable templates, and a knowledge repository that reduces ramp-up time for future projects.
• Influence enterprise architecture decisions by evaluating build vs. buy vs. partner options, running cost-benefit analyses, and presenting risk-adjusted recommendations to investment committees. Your insights will shape multi-million-dollar technology roadmaps.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence by mapping requirements to SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or industry-specific mandates. You will collaborate with legal, risk, and audit teams to embed controls early and avoid costly rework.
• Foster a culture of customer obsession by embedding user-centric design principles, accessibility standards, and inclusive research practices into every requirement. You will champion the voice of the customer from whiteboard sketch to production release.
• Contribute to Nagarro’s thought leadership by publishing white papers, speaking at meetups, and curating best-practice playbooks. Your intellectual capital will elevate our brand and attract top-tier talent to future engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on business analysis experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology programs in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments
• Proven mastery of requirements elicitation techniques—interviews, workshops, story mapping, process modeling—and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business strategies into measurable KPIs, user stories, and technical specifications with full traceability
• Strong data literacy: SQL querying, BI visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and statistical analysis to uncover insights and validate hypotheses
• Nice-to-have: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification; experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, telecom)
