- • As a Salesforce Business Analyst at ICF International, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, usability, and continuous optimization of the Salesforce platform that supports mission-critical operations for public and private-sector clients. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of IT systems that enable clients to solve complex challenges through data-driven, technology-enabled solutions.
- • You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational needs into actionable requirements while maintaining system reliability through proactive support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for Salesforce production support, managing incident queues and enhancement requests, conducting root-cause analysis for defects and system errors, and ensuring timely resolution of issues affecting platform usability.
- • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, including business process flows, functional requirements, and user guides, ensuring alignment between technical configurations and evolving business needs.
- • Partnering closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects, you will facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions to gather insights from business users and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- • You will monitor the impact of platform releases, test new functionality for readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- • Engaging with product owners and business leaders, you will identify pain points in current-state processes, recommend Salesforce-based solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities, and support the design of reports, dashboards, list views, and business process automation to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- • You will perform troubleshooting, triage, and regression testing, develop and maintain test scripts, and conduct browser accessibility testing to ensure the platform meets usability and compliance standards for all users.

🎯 Requirements
- • U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract obligations, and candidates must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and have lived in the U.S. for at least three full years out of the last five.
- • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance is mandatory for this role.
- • A BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering is preferred, along with at least three years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce projects.
- • At least one active Salesforce certification (Certified Administrator or higher) is required.

- • The position offers a competitive pay range of $98,614.00 to $167,644.00 annually for full-time employment, based on experience, skills, certifications, and contract provisions.
