- • Primary focus on supporting Service operations within Salesforce while maintaining awareness of other business areas
- • Support Salesforce case management processes to ensure efficient handling of customer service requests
- • Manage customer expectations across all levels of interaction to maintain high service standards
- • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze existing business processes, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications with full documentation and traceability
- • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce integrations, data quality, reporting, and analytics within supported business areas
- • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and ensure stakeholder expectations are effectively managed
- • Independently prioritize tasks, manage communication, and drive project initiatives to successful completion
- • Participate in projects by providing business analysis, testing support, and other cross-functional contributions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- • Create, maintain, validate, and update all system documentation to support accuracy, user adoption, and ongoing process effectiveness
- • Work autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining professional communication with business stakeholders
- • Communicate system enhancements, updates, and changes clearly to non-technical business users
- • Ensure all system changes align with operational goals and support scalability within a growing organization
- • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to maintain system integrity and optimize Salesforce functionality for service teams
- • Adhere to documentation standards and compliance requirements to support audit readiness and system reliability
- • Perform other duties as assigned to support the broader objectives of the Business Systems team
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • 2-4 years of related experience
- • Proven experience with Salesforce
- • Experience with CPQ software
- • Highly proficient in Excel
- • Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
