- • As a Salesforce CPQ Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions using Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud functionalities. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless data flow, accurate data management, and the successful integration of various systems within the Salesforce environment. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in translating complex business requirements into effective and scalable Salesforce solutions.
- • This role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce development modules and how they integrate into a comprehensive solution architecture. You will be expected to possess a broad understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts, including system design principles, REST APIs, and OAuth 2.0. Your proficiency in programming languages such as Salesforce.com Apex, Java, JavaScript, and XML will be essential for developing sophisticated CRM solutions.
- • A key aspect of this position involves championing the adoption of reusable architecture assets. You will contribute to Thunder's existing solutions and accelerators, enhancing efficiency and promoting best practices across the organization. Furthermore, you will be responsible for producing clear and concise documentation that elucidates existing architecture solutions, facilitating knowledge sharing and onboarding for team members.
- • Beyond technical contributions, you will act as a mentor to CPQ Consultants and other junior members of the Thunder team. Your guidance and experience will be invaluable in fostering their professional development and ensuring the consistent application of Salesforce best practices.
- • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consulting and developing within the Salesforce partner ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Salesforce Billing. You should have demonstrable experience leading projects within Salesforce CPQ, coupled with a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and inherent limitations.
- • Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with other platforms, such as DocuSign, is highly desirable. You will be expected to showcase your capability in independently solutioning and developing for a diverse range of clients, including complex, enterprise-level engagements. This requires a comprehensive knowledge of software, applications, and platforms, alongside a working knowledge of business modeling, governance, and operations.
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are paramount. You must be able to think critically, identify root causes of issues, and devise effective solutions. The ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones is a requirement, reflecting the global nature of our operations and client base.
- • Strong business process acumen, including process documentation and improvement skills, will enable you to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
