📋 Description

• As a Salesforce Engineer at ServiceTitan, you will play a critical role in scaling billing systems and ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce and financial ERP platforms, directly impacting operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Day to day, you will develop and innovate on Salesforce solutions, lead solution design for scalability, integrate AI-based tools to enhance billing processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate technical details into actionable insights.
• You will join a fast-paced, innovative engineering team at ServiceTitan that values urgency, adaptability, and human-centered problem-solving, working on enterprise-grade systems that power core business operations.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Salesforce CPQ and billing integrations, gain hands-on experience with AI-enhanced automation and MuleSoft-style integrations, and grow as a technical leader shaping scalable, future-ready platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a proven track record delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing systems, including integration with ERP platforms and end-to-end workflow management.
• Working knowledge of full-stack development principles, including front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React), to support end-to-end solution delivery.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms, including API design and best practices for system integration.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, CPQ, or Admin are a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with urgency, adaptability, and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
