• • The Salesforce Functional Consultant at McKesson Corporation plays a critical role in designing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to drive operational efficiency and business value across healthcare operations. This role bridges business needs and technical execution by gathering requirements and directly implementing declarative Salesforce solutions.
• • Day to day, the consultant leads requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, translates business needs into actionable Salesforce configurations using Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, and other declarative tools, owns end-to-end solution design, provides user training and support, collaborates with developers and administrators, manages change and release processes, maintains documentation, and identifies opportunities for system improvements across Sales, Service, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
