Salesforce Project Manager

📋 Description

• • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, including design and development of application components, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• • Manage project schedules, resource allocation, risks, and reporting for Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.
• • Serve as the primary escalation point and guidance leader for Salesforce development teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• • Collaborate directly with customers and end-users to define, refine, and validate functional requirements based on current Salesforce platform capabilities.
• • Develop detailed implementation plans and long-term roadmaps to establish standards for future Salesforce development and integration.
• • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with existing infrastructure while maintaining compliance with security protocols.
• • Apply proven expertise in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including client requirement analysis, system design, and testing phases.
• • Execute projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Jira, and other product development tracking systems to monitor progress, generate reports, and drive data-informed decisions.
• • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
• • Negotiate priorities, resolve conflicts, and persuade stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
• • Support the transition from project delivery to operational handoff, ensuring sustainability and user adoption.
• • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and enterprise deployment patterns.
• • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with federal contracting requirements.
• • Contribute to proposal development and client presentations by providing project delivery insights and technical feasibility assessments.
• • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and accountability in adherence to federal public trust requirements and Guidehouse policies.
