• • As a Salesforce Service Cloud Admin for Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will play a vital role in transforming business travel by streamlining and automating customer support workflows to reduce case backlog and improve resolution times, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• • Day to day, you will craft and execute innovative strategies to automate support processes, collaborate with engineering, product, and customer support teams to implement and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, lead the design and management of complex screen flows and Omni-Channel configurations, and provide actionable insights to internal teams to enable data-driven decisions that elevate customer satisfaction.
