• • As a Salesforce Technical Architect at Riveron Consulting, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing sophisticated, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the complex needs of our diverse clientele. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform across multiple clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud, ensuring that every solution not only meets but exceeds business requirements and adheres to the highest industry best practices.
• • You will be responsible for defining the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions, translating intricate business processes into robust technical designs. This involves creating detailed architecture diagrams, specifying integration patterns, and formulating comprehensive data strategies that ensure seamless data flow and integrity across systems. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the technical direction for integrations with external systems, leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and Dell Boomi.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves owning critical technical decisions related to Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API design, and middleware integration. You will establish and enforce best practices for data governance, design efficient data migration strategies, and implement performance optimization techniques to ensure the platform can handle large data volumes and complex operations effectively.
• • You will serve as a technical mentor and guide to development teams, providing clear direction on Apex, LWC, and declarative tools. Your role extends to conducting thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, promoting modular design patterns, maximizing code reusability, and strictly enforcing compliance with Salesforce governor limits and security standards. This ensures the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and secure code.
• • Collaboration is key in this position. You will work closely with business analysts, product owners, and solution architects to ensure a unified approach to solution delivery. Your insights will be invaluable in ensuring that all solutions are not only technically sound but also strategically aligned with client objectives and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
• • A critical responsibility includes ensuring that all designed solutions comply with Salesforce's stringent governor limits and security standards, safeguarding client data and system integrity. You will be instrumental in optimizing system performance, focusing on scalability and reliability, especially when dealing with substantial data volumes and high user concurrency.
• • The role also encompasses defining and managing comprehensive data migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation logic, and loading sequences, ensuring a smooth transition of data into the Salesforce platform. You will set and enforce coding standards, championing modular design patterns, code reusability, and strict adherence to platform limits.
• • Furthermore, you will lead the charge in defining and implementing DevOps and CI/CD pipeline strategies, utilizing tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, and Gearset. This ensures efficient development workflows, automated testing, and streamlined deployment processes.
• • You will be expected to review and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of existing and new system components. This includes conducting in-depth reviews and approvals of Apex classes, triggers, batches, LWC components, and integration logic to maintain the highest standards of technical excellence.
• • Your involvement will extend to supporting critical testing phases, including system testing, performance testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, ensuring that solutions are robust and meet client expectations before deployment.
