- • This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing Software Asset Management (SAM) practices across client environments, ensuring compliance, accurate records, and cost optimization through data analysis and process improvement.
- • Daily responsibilities include maintaining software asset records, analyzing usage and licensing data, generating compliance and cost-saving reports, assisting in SAM tool implementation, conducting audits, and providing ongoing client support using platforms like ServiceNow ITSM.
- • You will join Unisys Corporation, a global technology company committed to equal opportunity and delivering innovative solutions, working remotely from Brazil to support clients in optimizing their software investments.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in SAM frameworks, licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM), and tools like Flexera and ServiceNow, while enhancing your analytical, reporting, and client advisory skills in a multinational environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience with SAM tooling, with Flexera preferred
- • Advanced Excel skills for building reports, including Power BI dashboard and Power Query (a plus)
- • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, particularly the Software Request module
- • Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- • Strong communication skills for effective client-facing interactions
