📋 Description

• As a Scrum Master Contractor at myTomorrows, you will play a critical role in enabling the product feature team to deliver value efficiently by protecting sprint discipline, removing blockers, and ensuring agile ceremonies are effective and purposeful.
• You will facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, maintain a healthy backlog, translate product requirements into clear technical tasks, and track delivery risks to keep the team aligned and accountable.
• You will work closely with the Product Manager to free up their time for strategic work while owning day-to-day development coordination, ensuring the team stays focused on commitments and delivery momentum.
• myTomorrows is a global health tech company headquartered in Amsterdam, dedicated to improving patient access to treatments in development through an AI-powered platform that connects patients, healthcare providers, trial sites, and BioPharma companies across 134 countries.
• In this role, you will contribute to a mission-driven scale-up with flat organization and international impact, helping to scale a platform that has already supported over 17,000 patients and earned the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies.
• You will gain hands-on experience in agile delivery within a regulated healthcare tech environment, deepen your facilitation and stakeholder translation skills, and grow your ability to drive delivery excellence in a fast-moving product team.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, agile coach, or delivery lead, preferably with a software development team building a product from early stages.
• Proficiency in agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs, track progress, and support team coordination.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to run effective ceremonies and translate product requirements into clear, actionable tasks for engineers.
• Comfortable holding teams accountable to sprint commitments, proactively identifying and escalating blockers before they impact delivery.
• Familiarity with software development concepts and terminology to understand technical discussions and support translation for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, fintech) is a plus.
