- • The Scrum Master role is critical to the success of CSG Systems International’s Solutions Delivery team, which designs and develops the CSG Quote & Order platform—a cutting-edge quoting and order management solution used by telecommunications and banking industries. This role ensures seamless end-to-end delivery of solution releases by enabling high-performing Agile teams to overcome obstacles and continuously improve.
- • Day to day, the Scrum Master will lead and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, collaborate with product management and engineering squads to align on scope and timelines, review and maintain project plans, track progress, identify and mitigate risks, keep stakeholders informed with regular updates, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and coach teams on Agile principles to foster self-organization, velocity, and quality.
- • The Solutions Delivery team at CSG fosters a collaborative, inclusive culture where diversity is celebrated, continuous learning is prioritized, and innovation is encouraged. The team is expanding in 2025 due to growing demand from high-profile customers, offering a dynamic environment to contribute to industry-leading product outcomes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- • 1-2 Years of experience working with Agile teams as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master, fully embracing and championing Agile Scrum values
- • Exceptional risk management and mitigation skills, ensuring smooth and successful product delivery
- • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira
- • Ability to energize, guide and cultivate a positive teamwork-driven environment
- • Fantastic communication and facilitation skills, with a knack for fostering clear and positive connections across teams and stakeholders at all levels
