• • In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of Software Development, playing a pivotal part in the entire software development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will span the critical phases of designing, analyzing, writing, modifying, and debugging complex software applications, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and meet the highest industry standards.
• • You will be instrumental in the design, development, testing, and ongoing maintenance of our software applications and systems. This involves translating intricate business requirements into functional, high-quality code.
• • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders, to architect and deliver efficient and reliable software solutions. Your contributions will ensure that our products not only meet project specifications but also adhere to stringent industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve implementing custom components that integrate seamlessly with CSG's Enterprise systems. This includes developing and managing integrations with third-party systems through web services, leveraging technologies such as MVC and WCF, to create a cohesive and powerful ecosystem.
• • You will be actively involved in troubleshooting complex issues that arise within our software applications. This requires a keen analytical mind to diagnose problems, optimize existing code for performance and scalability, and implement effective solutions.

• • For candidates with 1-3 years of experience, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in Python scripting, which is a mandatory requirement for the IAT (Integration and Automation Testing) aspect of this position.
• • You will gain hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL, developing a strong foundation in database management and query optimization.
