📋 Description
- • Design, implement, and maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions in alignment with Prime Therapeutics’ security standards and best practices.
- • Administer and support core CyberArk components including Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), CyberArk Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA), Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), and Workforce Password Management (WPM).
- • Manage CyberArk safes, platforms, and role-based access controls for both human and non-human privileged accounts across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- • Configure and enforce password policies, credential rotation schedules, and session controls to ensure secure privileged access.
- • Onboard and manage privileged accounts for servers, databases, applications, and service accounts into the CyberArk platform.
- • Provide L1/L2 operational support for PAM-related incidents such as failed password rotations, access denials, and session connectivity issues.
- • Perform root-cause analysis of PAM failures and implement preventative controls to enhance system reliability and stability.
- • Monitor privileged access activity and alerts to detect anomalous behavior, policy violations, or potential security threats.
- • Produce audit evidence, compliance artifacts, and detailed activity reports to support internal and external audits of privileged access controls.
- • Integrate CyberArk with target systems including operating systems, databases, applications, and directory services to enable secure privileged access.
- • Support the onboarding of new platforms, applications, and environments into the CyberArk PAM framework.
- • Perform CyberArk version upgrades, patching, and component maintenance to ensure platform security and operational continuity.
- • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to design secure privileged access patterns for new and existing systems.
- • Contribute to PAM documentation, security standards, and operational runbooks to ensure consistent and repeatable processes.
- • Support privileged access lifecycle management including account creation, modification, review, and decommissioning.
- • Participate in security incident response activities involving privileged account compromise, misuse, or unauthorized access.
- • Serve as secondary or backup support for PAM services to ensure operational resilience and continuity.
- • Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual PAM processes and improve operational efficiency.
- • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements related to privileged access management.
- • Adhere to and attest to security responsibilities and controls specific to this role as required by Prime Therapeutics.
