- • As a Security Engineer, Product Security at Aircall, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s AI-powered customer communications platform, ensuring the security and integrity of its products used by over 22,000 companies globally. Your work directly contributes to protecting customer data, maintaining trust, and enabling secure innovation across voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and AI-driven features.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to identify and mitigate security risks in product features, conduct threat modeling, perform security reviews of code and architecture, and integrate security into the software development lifecycle. You will also help design and implement secure coding practices, respond to security incidents related to product vulnerabilities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Aircall’s product security program.
- • You will join a dynamic, globally distributed team based in London, working alongside colleagues in Paris, Seattle, Madrid, Berlin, San Francisco, New York City, Sydney, and Mexico City.
