Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of essential legal tasks, requiring meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach. You will be instrumental in preparing a variety of legal documents, including but not limited to, pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all procedural requirements. Maintaining accurate pleadings and discovery indexes is crucial for efficient case management, and you will be responsible for keeping these organized and up-to-date. Your support will extend to aiding attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests, ensuring timely and complete responses.
