- • Senior 3D Animator & Rigger role focused on creating realistic, high-quality animations and technically complex rigs for real-time projects using Unreal Engine, blending artistic skill with technical expertise to bring characters and creatures to life.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include crafting believable motion for characters and creatures, implementing and fine-tuning animations in Unreal Engine, working with MetaHuman rigs, exploring facial animation workflows (including MetaHuman Animator), and building advanced rigs for animals with muscle simulation using auto-rig tools or custom solutions.
- • Xsolla is a global commerce company supporting video game developers with tools for funding, distribution, marketing, and monetization, serving over 1,500+ game developers worldwide and headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
- • The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the full animation pipeline, deepen expertise in real-time animation and rigging systems, contribute to high-impact game projects, and grow technically and creatively at the intersection of animation and engine technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Expertise in creating realistic, high-quality animations and technically complex rigs for real-time projects
- • Strong understanding of animal movement and behavior
- • Proficiency with Unreal Engine for animation implementation and fine-tuning
- • Experience working with MetaHuman rigs and facial animation workflows (including MetaHuman Animator)
- • Ability to build advanced rigs for animals, including muscle simulation
- • Skill in using auto-rig tools or developing custom rigging solutions
