- • Own and accelerate Adobe’s growth across Federal Government accounts in Australia, acting as the single-threaded owner for multimillion-dollar digital experience transformation deals.
- • Hunt and close net-new logos within the Public Sector, turning white-space agencies into strategic Adobe customers by articulating how Experience Cloud, Document Cloud and Creative Cloud combine to modernise citizen services, cut red tape and deliver measurable mission impact.
- • Build and nurture C-suite relationships with CMOs, CIOs, CTOs and CFOs across Defence, Health, Human Services, Treasury and other Federal portfolios; map political drivers, funding cycles and procurement frameworks to position Adobe as the trusted innovation partner.
- • Architect complex, multi-year enterprise agreements that bundle software, professional services and success programmes; negotiate with procurement, legal and security teams to navigate PSPF, ISM and IRAP requirements without slowing momentum.
- • Orchestrate virtual pursuit teams of solution consultants, product specialists, delivery architects, channel partners and marketing to craft tailored value propositions, ROI models and implementation roadmaps that win competitive evaluations.
- • Exceed quarterly and annual ARR quotas while maintaining 3–4× pipeline coverage; maintain laser-accurate forecasting in Salesforce and deliver board-level QBRs that demonstrate expansion, retention and risk mitigation strategies.
- • Drive adoption and expansion post-sale by partnering with Customer Success to launch lighthouse use cases, measure citizen-experience KPIs and unlock follow-on upsell opportunities across additional business units or cloud solutions.
- • Evangelise Adobe’s Public Sector vision at industry events, Senate Estimates briefings, AIIA panels and Adobe-hosted roundtables, positioning yourself and Adobe as thought leaders in digital government modernisation.
- • Champion Adobe’s “Adobe for All” culture by mentoring junior sellers, contributing to diversity recruiting initiatives and sharing best practices across APAC and global Public Sector teams.
- • Stay ahead of policy shifts, budget allocations and emerging tech priorities (e.g., digital identity, AI ethics, cloud sovereignty) to proactively shape RFT requirements before they hit the street.
- • Travel as needed to Canberra for parliamentary sittings, agency workshops and partner summits, leveraging remote-first flexibility to balance deep customer immersion with personal life.
