  • • As a Senior Account Manager at Jellyfish, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, acting as a pivotal point of contact and a strategic advisor. Reporting directly to the Account Director, your role is multifaceted, encompassing the meticulous management of client portfolios, the proactive identification and pursuit of growth opportunities, and the unwavering commitment to operational excellence across all client engagements. You will be the trusted voice of Jellyfish, ensuring our cutting-edge digital marketing solutions are seamlessly aligned with our clients' most critical business objectives, while simultaneously anticipating future needs and pioneering innovative strategies.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the dedicated client lead for Enterprise accounts or the primary point of contact for Scale accounts. This involves building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent delivery of value. You will be expected to deeply understand each client's business, their market landscape, and their specific challenges and aspirations, enabling you to provide tailored strategic guidance.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be to drive account growth. This is not merely about retaining business but actively seeking out and capitalizing on opportunities to introduce new products, services, or strategic initiatives that can further enhance client success. You will achieve this by proactively identifying unmet needs, proposing innovative solutions, and demonstrating the tangible ROI that Jellyfish can deliver. Your ability to translate client objectives into actionable media briefs for our activation teams across Google Marketing Platform (GMP) – including DV360, SA360, Google Ads, and GA360 – as well as social media channels, will be crucial.
  • • Ensuring operational excellence is paramount. This involves meticulous project management, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining key client health metrics, proactively addressing any potential issues before they impact client satisfaction or performance. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key to maintaining smooth operations and client trust.
  • • Beyond client-facing responsibilities, you will play a vital role in the development of our internal team. This includes mentoring and guiding junior account management professionals, sharing your expertise, and fostering their growth. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our client management processes, identifying efficiencies and best practices that can be implemented across the agency. Your leadership will help cultivate a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance within the account management function.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of Jellyfish. You will work closely with a diverse range of cross-functional teams, including media activation, creative, analytics, and technology specialists, to ensure seamless project execution and integrated campaign delivery. Your ability to foster strong working relationships and facilitate effective communication will be essential for success.
  • • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data within Salesforce is a non-negotiable requirement, ensuring that our internal systems reflect the true status of our client relationships and opportunities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for producing clear, concise, and well-articulated briefs that are directly aligned with client goals and strategic objectives.
  • • Staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape is critical. You will be expected to continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. This knowledge will empower you to act as a true trusted advisor to your clients, positioning Jellyfish as a forward-thinking, indispensable partner that helps them navigate the complexities of the digital world and achieve their business ambitions.
  • • Your strategic thinking will be applied to providing expert guidance to clients on the optimal use of programmatic advertising, search engine marketing, advanced analytics, and social media advertising. This requires a solid, strategic understanding of these platforms and how they can be integrated to achieve comprehensive campaign success and drive measurable business outcomes.
