- • Your mission is to embody our core belief: making our customers better ultimately makes them better customers. You will be entrusted with managing and growing a high-value portfolio of Tactivos' largest and most strategic accounts. This involves cultivating robust, trust-based relationships that are deeply rooted in delivering tangible value and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. The Strategic Accounts team is a cornerstone of our business, setting the benchmark for excellence and innovation. You will serve as the primary strategic partner and the main point of contact for a select group of these high-value, enterprise customers, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within Tactivos.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be to deeply understand each customer's unique business objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities. Armed with this knowledge, you will proactively identify and propose innovative ways Tactivos can deliver measurable impact and a significant return on investment (ROI). This requires a forward-thinking approach, anticipating needs and aligning our solutions with their evolving business landscape. You will lead comprehensive strategic planning sessions and regular success reviews, guiding customers to fully leverage the capabilities of Tactivos to achieve their digital transformation, collaboration, and operational efficiency goals.
- • Managing complex customer relationships across multiple stakeholders within large, global organizations is paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring deep adoption and sustained engagement at all organizational levels, from end-users to executive sponsors. This involves navigating intricate organizational structures, understanding diverse stakeholder needs, and fostering alignment across different departments. Your ability to build rapport and influence at all levels will be key to driving long-term success and customer loyalty.
- • You will directly own the renewal process for your portfolio, ensuring high retention rates and proactively identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities. This revenue growth is a direct reflection of the value you deliver and the strength of your customer relationships. Building and maintaining these trusted, consultative relationships with business leaders and key champions is essential. You will become their go-to advisor, demonstrating a deep understanding of how Tactivos can strategically support and accelerate their most critical business initiatives.

You will work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure a seamless, cohesive, and world-class customer experience.
