• • As a Senior AI Developer at our client's innovative HealthTech company, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI solutions designed to revolutionize assisted reproduction technology. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly formed AI squad and play a pivotal role in architecting, building, and deploying sophisticated AI systems that directly enhance patient care and clinic operations.
• • Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. This involves creating intelligent systems that can efficiently retrieve and synthesize information from vast knowledge bases, ensuring accuracy and relevance in a critical healthcare domain.
• • You will also be instrumental in building production-grade conversational AI features. This includes developing chatbots, virtual assistants, and guided workflows that will be seamlessly integrated into both web and mobile applications, improving user interaction and providing valuable support.
• • A key responsibility will be the development and maintenance of robust REST and GraphQL APIs. These APIs will serve as the backbone for exposing AI-powered services, enabling seamless integration with internal teams and external consumers, thereby democratizing access to advanced AI capabilities.
• • You will be tasked with integrating cutting-edge cloud AI platforms and orchestration frameworks. This requires a deep understanding of the latest advancements in AI infrastructure and the ability to leverage these platforms to build scalable and efficient solutions.

• • You will be embedding AI capabilities directly into our client's product ecosystem, which is built on TypeScript. This includes integrating AI features into React/Next.js front ends and Node.js back ends, working in close partnership with product and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.
• • A critical part of your contribution will be optimizing AI features for a variety of key performance indicators. This includes ensuring scalability to handle growing demands, maximizing performance for speed and responsiveness, achieving cost efficiency in cloud resource utilization, and delivering a seamless and intuitive user experience for all stakeholders.
• • To foster wider adoption and efficiency, you will build reusable components, Software Development Kits (SDKs), and internal tooling. These assets will empower other teams to leverage AI capabilities more easily, accelerating innovation across the company's product suite.
