• • As a Senior AI Developer at TrueLogic Company, you will be at the forefront of innovation, architecting and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions within a dynamic HealthTech environment. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of assisted reproduction technology by enhancing efficiency, transparency, and patient outcomes through intelligent software.
• • You will be a key member of a newly formed AI squad, tasked with designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. These systems will leverage advanced natural language processing techniques to enable intelligent knowledge retrieval, ensuring that critical information is accessible and actionable.
• • A significant part of your responsibility will involve building production-grade conversational AI features. This includes developing chatbots, virtual assistants, and guided workflows that will be seamlessly integrated into both web and mobile applications, thereby improving user interaction and operational efficiency.
• • You will architect and maintain robust REST and GraphQL APIs. These APIs will serve as the backbone for exposing AI-powered services, facilitating seamless integration with internal teams and external consumers, and enabling broader adoption of AI capabilities across the product ecosystem.
• • The role requires hands-on experience with integrating cloud AI platforms and orchestration frameworks. You will be responsible for selecting and implementing the most effective cloud-based AI services and tools to support the development and deployment of our AI solutions.
• • A crucial aspect of this position is the implementation of low-latency inference solutions. You will utilize frameworks like TensorFlow.js and ONNX.js to ensure that AI models deliver rapid responses across both client-side and server-side environments, critical for real-time applications.
• • You will collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists. This partnership will involve integrating embeddings, pre-trained models, and fine-tuned Large Language Models (LLMs) into production applications, ensuring that the AI features are powered by state-of-the-art models.
• • A core responsibility is to embed AI capabilities directly into the front-end (React/Next.js) and back-end (Node.js) of our product ecosystem. This requires a deep understanding of full-stack development and a keen eye for user experience, working in close partnership with product and engineering teams.
• • You will play a vital role in optimizing AI features for a variety of critical factors, including scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and user experience. This involves continuous monitoring, analysis, and refinement of AI models and systems.
• • To foster wider AI adoption and maintain consistency, you will build reusable components, Software Development Kits (SDKs), and internal tooling. This proactive approach will empower other teams to leverage AI capabilities more effectively and efficiently.
• • The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software development, with extensive experience in TypeScript and JavaScript, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• • You will bring a solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), conversational AI principles, and RAG-based architectures, enabling you to design and implement sophisticated AI systems.
• • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector is essential for managing and querying large datasets of embeddings, a key component of RAG systems.
