• • As a Senior AI Developer at our client's HealthTech company, you will be at the forefront of innovation, architecting and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that directly enhance patient care and streamline clinic operations within the assisted reproduction technology industry.
• • You will play a pivotal role in a newly formed AI squad, contributing to the development of sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, intelligent conversational AI features, and advanced knowledge-retrieval systems.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy these RAG-based systems, leveraging modern technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, and vector databases to create robust and scalable applications.
• • You will be instrumental in building production-grade conversational AI solutions, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and guided workflows, which will be seamlessly integrated into both web and mobile applications, improving user interaction and access to information.
• • A key aspect of this role involves developing and maintaining REST and GraphQL APIs. These APIs will serve as the backbone for exposing AI-powered services to internal teams and external consumers, ensuring efficient data flow and accessibility.
• • You will integrate cutting-edge cloud AI platforms and orchestration frameworks, staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI technology to ensure our solutions are state-of-the-art.
• • A significant part of your work will focus on implementing low-latency inference solutions using TensorFlow.js and ONNX.js. This will be crucial for optimizing performance across both client-side and server-side environments, ensuring a responsive user experience.
• • You will collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists, working hand-in-hand to incorporate embeddings, pre-trained models, and fine-tuned Large Language Models (LLMs) into production applications, thereby enhancing the intelligence and capabilities of our software.
• • A core responsibility is to embed AI capabilities directly into our React/Next.js front ends and Node.js back ends. This integration will be done in close partnership with product and engineering teams, ensuring that AI features are not just add-ons but integral components of the user experience.
• • You will be tasked with optimizing AI features for a variety of critical factors, including scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and a seamless user experience. This holistic approach ensures that our AI solutions are not only powerful but also practical and sustainable.
• • To facilitate broader AI adoption and maintainability, you will build reusable components, Software Development Kits (SDKs), and internal tooling. This will empower other teams and streamline the integration of AI across our product suite.
• • The role demands a strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), conversational AI principles, and RAG-based architectures, enabling you to design effective and intelligent systems.
• • You will gain hands-on experience integrating LLMs, embeddings, and AI-powered workflows into live production applications, directly impacting the company's offerings and user satisfaction.
• • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector will be essential for managing and querying large datasets of AI-generated content and user interactions.
