- • Design and build Imprint’s internal AI agent platform from the ground up, enabling automation across engineering, operations, customer success, finance, and business development teams.
- • Develop 100+ specialized AI agents to automate manual workflows, transforming legacy processes into intelligent, self-improving systems that reduce operational friction and increase efficiency.
- • Build secure, scalable agent orchestration systems that integrate AI capabilities with Imprint’s existing tech stack, including CRMs, data warehouses, communication tools, and proprietary financial platforms.
- • Partner cross-functionally with non-technical teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical AI solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- • Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that make advanced AI tools accessible to non-technical employees, ensuring broad adoption across departments.
- • Rapidly prototype using cutting-edge AI frameworks and models, including OpenAI API, Claude API, and Gemini, balancing experimentation with production-grade reliability and security.
- • Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, embedding systems, and multi-modal AI architectures to enhance agent accuracy and contextual understanding.
- • Apply prompt engineering techniques and agent frameworks to design autonomous workflows that adapt based on user interaction and system feedback.
- • Evaluate and monitor AI model performance, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with security and data privacy standards across all deployed agents.
- • Drive an AI-native culture company-wide by evangelizing agent use, documenting best practices, and providing guidance on effective AI tool adoption.
- • Integrate AI solutions with internal developer tools and APIs, ensuring seamless interoperability and maintaining clean, maintainable codebases for long-term scalability.
- • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align AI initiatives with Imprint’s broader platform roadmap, prioritizing features that maximize business impact and user value.
- • Balance technical ambition with pragmatic execution, iterating quickly on prototypes while maintaining robustness in production environments.
- • Stay current with emerging AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Dust, Gumloop, n8n, Zapier, Claude Code, Cursor, Notion AI) and evaluate their applicability to internal workflows.
- • Act as a technical leader and mentor to teammates, promoting best practices in AI development, security, and system design.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7 years of experience in a high-growth technical environment, or in roles requiring self-starting, entrepreneurial, or technical skills
- • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go (primary backend language), Java, Python, or similar
- • Experience with AI/ML frameworks including OpenAI API, Claude API, and Gemini
- • Familiarity with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Notion AI, and automation platforms such as Dust, Gumloop, n8n, or Zapier
- • Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, RAG architectures, and model evaluation
- • Experience building internal tools and developer-facing products with strong API design and system integration skills
