• • In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and operating production-grade Generative AI systems. You will architect and deliver advanced LLM-powered applications, including sophisticated Copilot-style experiences, intelligent AI agents, and enterprise-scale automation solutions. This position offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to own complex technical initiatives from conception to deployment and significantly influence the GenAI architecture and standards across various teams.
• • Your primary responsibilities will involve architecting and building robust LLM-based applications, such as intelligent copilots, interactive chatbots, and autonomous AI agents. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and grounded AI systems, leveraging enterprise data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• • A key aspect of this role is leading the development of agentic workflows, incorporating advanced features like tool/function calling and multi-step reasoning to enable complex problem-solving capabilities. You will also own the backend services and APIs that power AI inference and orchestration, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
• • You will drive best practices in LLMOps / GenAIOps, encompassing critical areas such as system evaluation, continuous monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and version control. A significant focus will be placed on optimizing AI systems for key performance indicators including quality, cost-effectiveness, low latency, and overall reliability.
