You will be instrumental in designing and constructing advanced agentic architectures, developing robust evaluation systems, and deploying AI agents that our professional users can rely on for their mission-critical tasks. • • Your primary responsibility will be to **BUILD AND SHIP AI AGENTS**. This involves designing and implementing end-to-end agentic systems capable of automating complex audit workflows. You will translate intricate customer problems into well-defined agent behaviors and sophisticated orchestration logic. A core part of your work will be orchestrating the seamless integration of Large Language Models (LLMs), external tools, retrieval mechanisms, and business logic to create reliable, production-grade agent experiences. You will own the entire lifecycle of these agents, ensuring their successful delivery, consistent reliability, optimal performance, and comprehensive observability.
• • Furthermore, you will be tasked with **EXECUTING WITH AI-NATIVE LEVERAGE**. This means actively employing AI to accelerate every stage of the development process, including design, build, testing, and iteration cycles. A critical component of this role is building sophisticated evaluation frameworks, establishing effective feedback loops, and implementing robust guardrails to continuously improve the performance and safety of our AI agents over time. Proactively identifying capability gaps and removing blockers for the team will be essential for driving progress.
