• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in spearheading our Generative AI initiatives, treating Artificial Intelligence as a core software engineering discipline. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of AI features, with a particular focus on document intelligence and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. You will guide these solutions from their nascent prototype stages through to becoming resilient, scalable, and production-ready services.
• • A key aspect of this position involves addressing and solving real-world operational constraints. This includes meticulously optimizing for low latency, implementing robust error handling mechanisms, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all AI deployments. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and economic viability of our AI solutions.
• • You will engage collaboratively with a diverse array of clients, translating their unique business requirements into sophisticated, high-performance AI architectures. This necessitates a unique combination of profound technical acumen in Large Language Models (LLMs) and a rigorous, disciplined Software Engineering methodology. The goal is to ensure that all developed solutions are not only powerful but also ethically sound, secure, and capable of scaling to meet future demands.
• • Your day-to-day will involve designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML models and systems. This includes building and maintaining RAG pipelines, integrating LLMs into client applications, and developing custom solutions for document understanding and processing.
• • You will be responsible for evaluating and selecting appropriate AI models, frameworks, and tools, ensuring they align with project goals and client infrastructure.
• • A significant part of your role will be focused on the operationalization of AI models, including MLOps practices, monitoring, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and efficiency in production environments.
• • You will contribute to the ethical considerations and bias mitigation strategies within AI systems, ensuring responsible AI development and deployment.
