📋 Description

• As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at Bloomreach Inc., you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s agentic AI platform, Loomi AI, which powers autonomous search, conversational shopping, and autonomous marketing for over 1,400 global brands. Your work will directly impact how businesses personalize customer journeys at scale, driving growth and loyalty through intelligent, production-grade ML systems.
• You will design, develop, deploy, and maintain ML-powered features in a SaaS environment, translating business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with data scientists to ensure feasibility and scalability, building high-performance APIs and data pipelines, and implementing robust monitoring and MLOps practices to guarantee model reliability, accuracy, and efficiency in production.
• You will join a high-trust, results-driven Engineering Team operating across Central European offices (Bratislava, Brno, Prague) or remotely, where freedom and responsibility are balanced through a culture rooted in Bloomreach’s 5 core values and 10 key behaviors, fostering innovation without bureaucratic overhead.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in end-to-end ML lifecycle management — from model training and deployment to observability and maintenance — while gaining hands-on experience with GCP, Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Spark, and MLOps tools, positioning you as a leader in scalable AI systems for real-world commerce applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Python engineering with a strong focus on designing and maintaining AI/ML-powered features in production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and relevant services for ML development and deployment, including GKE, BigQuery, VertexAI, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles for building scalable, reliable APIs and microservices, along with proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
