• • You will operate as a technical leader within the Model Platform team, collaborating closely with the Engineering Manager to tackle the most complex and ambiguous challenges in AI model development. Your primary mission is to achieve substantial breakthroughs in model performance, focusing on areas such as advanced fine-tuning techniques, model alignment, and sophisticated reasoning capabilities.
• • This position demands a unique blend of deep machine learning intuition, a strong research background, and hands-on experience in building and deploying scalable AI products. You will be instrumental in pushing the boundaries of what our AI models can achieve, ensuring they are not only powerful but also safe and aligned with clinical needs.
• • A core responsibility will be leading major research and development (R&D) initiatives. This involves conceptualizing new approaches, designing rigorous experiments, and overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial ideation through to production deployment.
