• • As a Senior AI Research Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our state-of-the-art AI products. Your responsibilities will span a wide spectrum, from refining our training algorithms and integrating multimodal LLMs to enhancing our data pipeline, designing novel model architectures, and developing ingenious algorithms using established ML approaches.
• • You will be instrumental in building new AI features that will be deployed on millions of camera devices globally, contributing directly to our mission of creating the most advanced AI for embedded devices.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve leveraging and enhancing multimodal LLMs to unlock new functionalities for our customers and optimize their deployments across both cloud and edge environments.
• • You will tackle the challenge of developing increasingly accurate deep learning models, including those with exceptionally small memory footprints (as low as 1MB for our smallest computer vision model), enabling sophisticated AI applications on resource-constrained, low-power hardware.
• • Your contributions will extend to improving our data pipeline, model architectures, and training software. While leveraging existing literature is important, you will also be expected to devise novel approaches and clever solutions for the complex problems we address.
• • You will utilize our robust infrastructure, including a Kubernetes cluster for PyTorch and TensorFlow training jobs, Snowflake and Dataflow for dataset construction, tools like Streamlit for rapid prototyping of new demos, and extensive GPU resources on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for model training and automated data labeling.
