📋 Description

• • Research and develop advanced AI techniques focused on workflow-aware planning, cost-optimized RAG, tool-use evaluation, and multi-agent collaboration to enhance Workato’s enterprise AI platform.
• • Design, prototype, and benchmark state-of-the-art large language models and agent-based systems using PyTorch/JAX and modern LLM frameworks.
• • Conduct rigorous experimental analysis on transformer architectures, reinforcement learning techniques, and CUDA-optimized training pipelines to validate performance and scalability.
• • Translate research findings into production-ready features by collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to ship AI-driven capabilities.
• • Publish original research in top-tier machine learning venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR, or deliver equivalent high-impact experimental work.
• • Contribute to open-source projects and author technical blogs to share insights, advance industry knowledge, and strengthen Workato’s thought leadership in AI.
• • Present research outcomes internally to cross-functional teams and externally at conferences or public forums to communicate technical innovations clearly and compellingly.
• • Continuously evaluate emerging AI methodologies and integrate validated advancements into Workato’s platform to maintain a competitive edge in enterprise automation.
• • Maintain a strong focus on reproducibility, scalability, and enterprise-grade reliability in all research outputs to align with the needs of Fortune 500 customers.
• • Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, peer reviews, and collaborative problem-solving to foster a culture of innovation and collective growth.
• • Balance independent research initiative with team-oriented development, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and organizational goals.
• • Demonstrate ownership of research projects from conception through deployment, including documentation, testing, and iterative refinement based on feedback.
