📋 Description

• Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director responsible for owning end-to-end production of vertical (9:16) short drama series, creating 1–2 series at a time with 10–15 episodes per series (~1 minute per episode plus trailer)
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode independently, including scriptwriting, while leveraging in-house AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other Short Film Directors, and executive team to deliver high-impact, category-defining AI-driven storytelling
• Learn and master EverAI’s AI content creation stack, with training provided to become an expert in AI-assisted filmmaking despite prior experience being a strong foundation
• Contribute to EverAI’s mission of reshaping AI companionship through innovative, safe, and ethical AI applications, working within a fully remote, high-velocity team of A-players from Tier 1 tech backgrounds

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts with expertise in hooks, cliffhangers, and minute-to-minute narrative escalation
• Hands-on experience with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, Seedance, or similar platforms
• Proven experience working within vertical drama platforms (9:16 format)
• Perfect fluency in English with strong communication and collaborative skills
• Goal-oriented, ownership-driven mindset with a doer attitude suited to fast-paced, iterative environments
