- • Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Full Remote - Norway) at Ever AI Technologies Inc. – Own end-to-end production of vertical short drama series (9:16 format) with 10–15 episodes per series (~1 min each + trailer), driving storytelling, scripting, directing, editing, and finishing using AI-assisted tools.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating scripts, directing and editing episodes, collaborating with AI Content Creators, tech team, and exec team, leveraging in-house AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation while learning and mastering EverAI’s AI stack.
- • Join a passionate, high-velocity team of ~75 people founded by serial entrepreneurs with IPO and exit experience, building the world’s largest AI companionship platform serving 50M+ users and growing rapidly toward 100M and 500M.
- • Develop expertise in AI-driven content creation, scale your impact in a category-defining AI product, and grow professionally through ownership, rapid iteration, and collaboration with elite remote talent from Tier 1 tech backgrounds.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
- • Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, minute-to-minute escalation
- • Experience with vertical drama platforms
- • Familiarity with AI generation tools (Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, Seedance)
- • Perfectly fluent in English
- • Goal-oriented, ownership mindset, and doer attitude
