📋 Description
- • Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director responsible for owning end-to-end production of vertical short drama series (9:16 format), creating 1–2 series at a time with 10–15 episodes per series (~1 minute per episode plus trailer)
- • Direct, edit, and finish each episode independently, including scriptwriting, while leveraging in-house AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation; will be trained on EverAI’s AI stack despite not requiring prior AI expertise
- • Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other Short Film Directors, and executive leadership to deliver high-impact, category-defining AI-driven storytelling at scale
- • Join a fast-moving, elite remote team of ≈75 people led by founders with proven track records in scaling web products to IPO and exiting multiple ventures, now focused on building the world’s largest AI companionship platform with 50M+ users and targeting 500M

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
- • Strong scripting instincts for hooks, cliffhangers, and minute-to-minute escalation in vertical drama formats
- • Hands-on experience with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, or Seedance (training provided to become expert)
