📋 Description

• • Senior Analyst for AML Governance & Advisory in Chime’s Financial Crimes & Identity function, responsible for strengthening and maintaining the governance framework supporting BSA/AML and OFAC compliance programs.
• • Lead and enhance governance frameworks, drive governance routines and executive reporting, track and analyze program risks, draft and maintain BSA/AML and OFAC policies, partner with cross-functional teams to support risk assessments and control frameworks, prepare materials for regulatory exams and audits, coordinate audit responses and remediation efforts, and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, and Engineering to implement scalable governance improvements.
